Learn how to vocally express the vibration of your soul in this 4 week, multi immersive course with Margo Free where you will explore how to express the vibration of your being through your unique soul song! This course is for anyone who would like to either expand their vocal expression, open up their meridian channels and chakras, work on throat chakra blockages or learn how to connect vocally with the vibrationary essence of universal intelligence. You DO NOT need to be a singer or know any music theory whatsoever, simply have an open mind and willingness to express vocally. Course Outline: Week 1: Foundation, Opening the Channel - Opening ceremony - Guided grounding meditation to connect to the Earth and elements - What is light language? What are light codes? - How to maintain a clear vessel to channel - Beginner vocal warm ups - Throat Chakra energy clearing exercise - Chakra vocal toning to open energetic centres - Pranayama breath-work for opening energetic channels and increasing lung capacity Week 2: Vocal Channeling through the Heart - Opening the heart centre to bring in light codes - The importance of setting intention with sound healing - Creating a safe space to vocally express - Shaking medicine, free flow movement exercise - Connecting with the voice of your inner child, the heart - Allowing authentic energetic expression through the voice with light language dialect Week 3: Vocal Channeling from your Higher Self - Connecting with the voice of your higher self, soul star connection - How to maintain a clear connection, protection sequence - Listening to nature/environmental vibrations around you - "Tuning in” to the electromagnetic field of the Earth - Letting go of the mind and dropping into the body, somatic teaching - Opening the vocal channel to allow cosmic energy, universal intelligence to dance through you in coherence with natures song Week 4: Group Connection - Singing with the drum, the first instrument of man - Group singing and shared song to connect our cosmic hearts - Group share and closing circle - Q&A The exchange for the course is $333 with a deposit of $111 to hold your space, there are only 11 spots available. To cancel please notify me 48hours prior to your scheduled appointment, performance reservation or course start date. If you have booked a retreat, please notify a week prior to the retreat so we can give your space to someone else.
