What is a Sound Bath?
A Sound Bath is a healing journey that relaxes the body, clears the subconscious, calms the mind, and activates your body's natural healing systems. Margo uses a wide variety of sound healing instruments and soundscapes, including planetary tuned frequencies, crystal singing bowls, Native flute and drum, channeled vocals and more to create a sound healing experience that will vibrate and activate every cell in your body, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Each sound is tuned at 432Hz for optimal healing of your physical, mental and emotional bodies allowing for pain relief, unblocking trapped emotions, decreasing stress and anxiety, activating higher levels of consciousness and more!
